After graduating from UCLA, Nathaniel decided to pursue his love for mixology and his love for fitness. You can find him training at a local F45 during the week, and testing seasonal bitters on the weekends. He hosts his own podcast, The Nate Biltz Podcast, and loves to surf, read biographies, and golf in his free time.
During the Coronavirus Pandemic in 2020, Nathaniel decided to merge his love of whiskey and his desire to make art. As a result Inspirit Bitters was born.
Inspirit Bitters is bigger than bartending and mixology. It is a representation of life. Bitters and tinctures elevate one’s spirit just as creativity and art elevate one’s journey through this lifetime. Nathaniel and his partner started this journey to inspire people to better their spirits. Drinking in their eyes is seen in a positive light: a form of celebration, a channel to express happiness, and a form of creativity.
