Matthew Arnall, CSW, MBA
Starting in hospitality at 18 years old and after many years in hotel management, Matthew found himself at Gramercy Park Hotel sandwiched between an Ian Schrager night club (Rose Bar) and a Danny Meyer restaurant (Mialino). He changed everything to get himself into the food and beverage industry and restart his career, and it wasn’t long before the road down wine began. Working from coast to coast gaining experience, Matthew became a Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist in Wine in 2016. In Los Angeles, he was the Wine Director for the growing Baltaire restaurant group that specializes in classic wines. He currently runs the beverage program at a small bed and breakfast resort in North Carolina. Other career highlights include a MBA from Johnson and Wales, multiple award-winning wine lists, and over 17 years experience.
