Amanda is an LA based Beverage Consultant, Cocktail Curator, and Spirits Professional honing her craft in the hospitality industry for the last 16yrs. She hosts private mixology events and spirit tastings while serving as the resident Mixologist at Buvette Wine Bar and cocktail chef at All’Acqua Restaurant. Amanda also curates her own Sassy’s Bütleg Elixirs line of small batched RTD cocktails and has recently joined forces to be the managing partner of a new Eastside spot, The CanTiki. A huge fan of the classics and a lover of artisanal spirits Amanda leans towards spirits and cocktails that slowly reveal themselves to you with every sip. She believes there are two types of imbibers: Those who like to “Taste the Spirit” and those who like to “Feel the Spirit”. A great cocktail lies somewhere in between. Whether in a virtual setting, or behind the stick she brings reverence and relatability to the craft and cannot wait to share a dram with you.
