6 Cocktails for Your Family this Easter
Time to break out the chocolate and plastic eggs because it’s Easter time once again! Easter means spring and because it’s spring, we wanted to share some cocktails that are great for anyone to enjoy this Easter with family and friends.
Here’s what we came up with:
Spice up your regular mimosa because this isn’t just another brunch! Add a little bit of Mango Purée and pineapple juice in lieu of orange. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and enjoy with friends and family.
The Easter Honey
Whiskey Sours are great, but give yours some flair with a honey syrup instead of a simple syrup! What a fun way to change the flavor of the drink so simply!
Grab your pink peeps because we’re making a fun tasty cocktail! Sugar sprinkle the rim for this drink. Enjoy the flavors of white chocolate and strawberry which help create this pink color. A yummy little concoction sure to treat everyone this holiday season.
1oz strawberry purée
1oz white chocolate liqueur
1oz half n’ half
Shake all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Strain into a martini glass.
The Pink Lily
A simple take on a gin and tonic but add watermelon juice to the mix. A tasty little treat, refreshing for this season and perfect for a day in the sun. There are some great gins you can use for this drink but we recommend something more dry and citrus forward.
Even though it’s not directly themed by Easter, this drink goes very well with this celebration. Garnish your grasshopper with an Easter egg now you fit the theme even more. We love using Tempus Fugit Creme de menthe for this drink, so you’ll need to use some green food coloring to match the color you’re looking for!
3/4oz blue curacao
1/2oz lime juice
4oz lemon lime soda
And last but not least we have a delicious colorful drink for you we call the Resurrection! A beautiful transition from blue to sparkling at the top of this drink makes it a fun spritz to enjoy.
